This time I will not give you exact sizes because it can be used for many things, as an appetizer, therefore you will make less, as a starter, you will do more ... it also depends on the diners that are there, also the ingredients, except The main thing that is chickpea, will vary depending on the tastes of each one ... so I give you my recipe and you adapt it to your liking.

- Natural chickpea Naturalis

- Tahina (sesame flour pasta)

- Extra virgin olive oil Naturalis

- Lemon

- garlic

- salt

- cumin


Put the chick-pea into the blender bowl. Add it whole with water too. Add three tablespoons of tahina, the juice of a lemon, a pinch of salt, a garlic clove without the heart so it does not return and a spoonful of cumin.

Shred all the content and you must have a paste not very thin but it can spread smoothly in a slice of bread.

Once you've done the hummus, you're tasting it to go rectifying and putting more than you like, until you get the taste you want. Better to start with less because it can always be rectified.

Observation.- For people who do not want to fatten, I eat the hummus with endives instead of with bread. It is delicious and healthy!!!!
