Today I bring a vegan recipe, from Zaraida Fernandez, from his book, published in August 2018, called "vegan homemade cooking" 100 sweet and savory recipes.

I have to say that I do not earn any money by posting this recipe. I do it because I think it's a good book with good recipes, simple and delicious to do.

I have chosen a recipe made with pulses, because now to speaks so much of superfoods, and it would be the first known. I have said this so many times , but I will not tire of saying it. They are a complete food that has all the nutrients and minerals that the human body needs to live. Thus we can save, the day we eat them, the animal protein, which, as you all know, we eat it too much. Problems of developed societies? They say so, but I do not know if that absurd abundance and so much throwing and so much to produce things not too good for health, would be very developed, but that will be speak this another day.

Let's go to the recipe, which I have modified adding products from my website to make the recipe. I hope you do not disturb for that, Zaraida. It will be delicious too.

Salad with beans, strawberries and wakame seaweed.-

Ingredients.-

- 1 jar of Naturalis beans

- a piece of alga kombu

- 10 gr. Wakame seaweed

- black olives

- Naturalis red pepper

- Naturalis onion

- 3 large green tomatoes

- Naturalis olive oil

- Sal

- Pepper

- a handful of strawberries

Note.- If you do not like algae you can use mushrooms.

Recipe.-

Put the kombu seaweed with cold water and make it boil over hot fire. When the boil starts, put the fire to the minimum and leave to cook 1 or 2 hours. Let it cool.

Remind yourself, following the package instructions, wakame seaweed in abundant cold water and strain them when they are soft.

Make the salad by cutting the tomatoes, a handful of strawberries, the roasted pepper, the onion and the seaweed in pieces of the same size. At the last minute add the olives, serve it with a spoon of extra virgin olive premium Naturalis and salt.

Bon Appetit!!!!
